My husband and I knew from our first contact with Delina she was the person to design our house.We had done several major renovations in the past but never built a house from ground up. Delina immediately took away all our anxieties. She replaced them with excitement and fun. We brought her a simple plan from a magazine. She turned it into a one of a kind. It has everything we wanted plus more based on her input.Every bit of space is functional for now and in the future. She worked quickly, efficiently and creatively. It was amazing.She knew the architectural requirements of the community and the standards of the builder.
